Advent Decorating

Advent is coming! The church family will decorate following worship. Join us for a light lunch and lots of joy and fellowship. Many hands make light work!

Gratefulness in Mission Day

Let’s put our gratitude into action! We will have a variety of projects so everyone can participate: sorting Project Warm clothes, packing for HeartFELT, writing thank you notes, packing small candy bags to nurses at Calvert Health, and sorting supplies for Hope for All baskets!

Fireside Fellowship

October 25, 2025

HUMC family joined for an evening of fellowship at the fire-pit for hamburgers, hot dogs, side dishes, hot chocolate, and sodas. We’ll sing some fun songs around the fire-pit (some may be new to you!) and toast marshmallows for smores.

Breakfast Devotional

September 27, 2025

Started the weekend right with a Breakfast Devotional at 8:00 a.m. in the Celebration Hall.
All within 1 hour, we enjoyed fellowship, a delicious breakfast, and a devotion bringing us closer to Jesus.

3rd Grade Bible Presentation

September 7, 2025

Presented NIV Adventure Bibles along with a handmade Bible carrier to our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students
who are new to HUMC. Our prayer is that this gift is a starting point for a deeper relationship with God through Christ, enhanced through the study of God’s word. This year, we also held a Bible Exploration Retreat open to kids entering the 3rd through 7th grade.
